16th Century Clothing through the Decades

What did the conquistadors and conquistadoras wear? This lecture will explore the clothing of the first Europeans to come to Florida from Juan Ponce De Leon in 1513 to the colonists in St. Augustine. It includes designs of underthings, gowns, skirts, bodices, doublets & trunk-hose with some arms and armor thrown in for good measure. What were the laws that governed what you wore?
